Abstract
This Regulation defines all necessary standards, technical and administrative requirements related to the submission of the official request for the issuance of environmental permits for plants and facilities for which the previous permit was issued before the entry into force of the Law on Environmental Protection of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 33/2003).
