Abstract
This Regulation sets the conditions, reporting procedures, necessary contents and methods for correct implementation of the official plan for monitoring over possible harmful effects, effective influence and impact of genetically modified organisms or deriving products, if placed on the market (both food and animal feed).
The above mentioned plan is here described as a set of designed systematic inspection and control issues and practices aimed at specific genetically modified organisms monitoring.
The Annex is part of this publication (containing the complete guidelines for the execution of the monitoring plan).
