Abstract
This Regulation sets the rules aimed at defining the: official contents of the application and related necessary technical documentation for obtaining the authorization for the placing on the market of genetically modified organisms or products that contain and/or consist from genetically modified organism; including the conditions for labelling and packaging of such products, among the traceability requirements to be respected and applied to the same (here meant for food, animal feed, plants; also animal genetic material).
