Regulation on the content, form, conditions, manner of issuance and storage of water acts.

This Regulation determines the content, form, conditions, manner issuance of prior water permit, water use consent and water permits, manner of storage of records on issued water acts. This text further sets out issues aimed at involving the public in the procedure which precedes the issuance of a water act, the issuance of an expert opinion, and sets out issues in water supply operator's approval, also for sewage system interlinkages.
The text is divided into eight main Chapters as follows: I. General provisions; II. Content, form and manner of issuing water acts; III. Activities that are always in need to obtain water acts and jurisdiction for issuance of water acts; IV. Procedure for issuing of water act; V. Publication, availability and delivery of issued water acts; VI. Professional opinion of the agency; VII.
