Regulation on the content, form, conditions, way of issuing and keeping of water acts.

This Regulation provides for the content, official form, minimum conditions, way of issuing of preliminary water approval, and data keeping related to the water approvals and water permits/acts (construction of water facilities and plants; discharge of waste water into surface water; indirect discharge of wastewater into groundwater, or any discharge of wastewater; artificial groundwater recharge in order to increase the quantity of present water; extraction of material from watercourses; construction of hydropower facilities-water exploitation; and various other waterworks)on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This Regulation further defines the terms of public involvement in the process prior to the issuance of water acts, issuance of the specific expert opinion, approval standards for the operator of water supply and sewage system for the connection of the same, as well as other issues of importance to the process of adoption and issuance of various water acts.
