Abstract
This Regulation here establishes the official unified system for standardized codification of all genetically modified organisms, including plants (specific food labelling for GMO coded food and other products, not meant for human and animal medicines).
This text further sets the conditions for obtaining the market authorization for genetically modified organisms or products containing and/or deriving from the same (see articles 5, 6 and 7); and inspection and official controls legal references (see the provisions of article 8).
The Annex is part of this publication (technical issues, physical and visual aspect of relative codes).
