Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on food and of the Veterinary Law (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the specific conditions as regards the food hygiene (including HACCP principles and obligations) for food business operators, meant for all relevant stages of food production, handling, processing and trade.
The text is divided into five main Chapters, as follows: I. Basic provisions; II. Obligations of entities in food business; III. Food hygiene conditions in primary production and works related to primary production; IV. Food hygiene conditions in all phases of food production, processing and trading, except for primary production and related works in primary production; V. Transitional and final provisions.
