Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary procedures for the issuance of permits for small business activities in waste management sector on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, also by setting the activities of small businesses that do not need to acquire a license.
The provisions of this Regulations will apply only to waste management activities and persons performing activities that are not subject aimed to obtain the environmental permit.
