This Regulation defines the contents and manner for the correct keeping of the Register of agricultural seeds, Register of seed processing facilities/entities, Register of marketing of seed of agricultural plants, and Register of importers of agricultural seeds
Documents to be submitted with the application for the mandatory registration are an integral part of all Registers above mentioned, and they will remain until the conversion into electronic form.
