Regulation on keeping registers of producers, processors, traders and importers of agricultural plant seeds.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds of agricultural plants (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the form, determines the content and manner for keeping registers of producers, processors, traders and importers of agricultural plant seeds. These registers shall contain data on the company, other legal entity and entrepreneur engaged in production, finishing, trade or import of agricultural plant seeds. Documents submitted with the application for entry in the registers shall form an integral part of the registers until their digitalization in electronic form.
