Regulation on the manner of keeping a single list of approved facilities for the handling of animal by-products.

This Regulation prescribes the manner for keeping of the unified list of approved facilities which are dealing in different manners with by-products of animal origin that are not intended for human consumption. This registration is performed as indicated by the provisions of articles 24 and 25 of the Regulation on by-products of animal origin and their products not intended for human consumption (published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 19/2011).
Annex I of this Regulation provides for the classification/division of facilities into related sections; Annex II lists all categories of facilities that may be approved; Annex III contains layout of the register extract; Annex IV provides for the list of codes and abbreviations used when entering data in the unified register list aimed for registered and approved facilities operating and dealing with by-products of animal origin that are not considered as human food.
