Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the maximum levels for certain contaminants in food, also by defining the maximum levels of nitrates, mycotoxins, metals, metalloids, 3-monochloro propanediol (3-MPCD), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, dioxins and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), including the measures to be taken in the event of exceeding their maximum allowable quantity-concentration.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
