Abstract
This Act amends certain provisions part of the Renewable and Alternative Energy Sources and Biofuels Act of the Republic of Bulgaria (Official Gazette 49/2007; 98/2008 and 82/2009).
Major changes are related to the: general terms and denominations such as the competent national bodies and similar; concrete energy related technical issues, limits and provisions further governing the trade of certain biofuels; and offences and related penalties.
