Decree No 251 of 27 September 2016 for the adoption of the Regulation on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of schemes for the supply of fruits, vegetables, milk and dairy products in educational establishments-School Fruit Scheme and School Milk Scheme.

This Decree introduces and adopts the measures and procedures for the implementation of schemes for the supply of fruits, vegetables, milk and dairy products in educational facilities or establishments, part of the programme of School Fruit Scheme and School Milk Scheme.
This Decree further revokes the previous provisions provided by the Regulation on the terms and procedure for application of a scheme for delivery of fruit and vegetables to educational establishments - school fruit scheme adopted by Decree No. 91 of the Council of Ministers of 2010; and Decree No. 91 of the Council of Ministers of 2010 for adopting the Regulation on the conditions and the procedure for implementation of the scheme for delivering fruit and vegetables in educational establishments-School Fruit Scheme.
