Ordinance amending the Ordinance № 61 of 2006 on the terms and conditions for official identification of animals for which no requirements are laid down in a regulation of the European Union.

This Ordinance amends certain provisions part of the Ordinance № 61 of 2006 on the terms and conditions for official identification of animals for which no requirements are laid down in a regulation of the European Union, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 65/2017 (previously entitled as Ordinance No 61 of 9 May 2006 on the conditions and procedures for the identification of animals, registration of holdings and access to the database for identified animals and registered establishments-Official Gazette 47/2006). Changes are regarding animal slaughtering issues (article 28).
This publication further amends certain provisions of Ordinance No. 6 of 8 October 2013 on the requirements for official identification of animals and their use, the conditions, the order and the control over the collection, introduction, maintenance and use of the information in the Integrated Information System of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 16/2021). Changes are here related to several official denominations and terms (see article 3).
