Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions stipulated by the Regulation on specific requirements for production, storage and transportation of raw cow milk and the requirements for trading and marketing of milk and milk products (Official Gazette 23/2008 and 9/2009).
Changes are related to the concrete technical-sanitary issues and rules; and references of new European standards and Regulations to be adopted/implemented (such as Decision 2009/861/EC of 30 November 2009 on transitional measures under Regulation № 853/2004/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the processing of non-compliant raw milk in certain milk processing establishments in Bulgaria).
