Abstract
This Regulation governs the terms and procedures for the implementation of financial support under the National Programme for Support of the Viticulture Sector for the period 2014-2018.
Here the following measures are selected as financeable: "Restructuring and conversion of vineyards"; "Promotion of third country markets"; "Harvesting of green"; and "Investments in enterprises".
This kind of state aid is meant for all grape producers and winemakers that are regularly entered into the vineyard register, as prescribed by the Bulgarian Law on wine and spirits; these measures are also prescribed on the basis of the Commission Regulation (EC) No 555/2008 of 27 June 2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 on the common organization of the market in wine with regard to support programs, trade with third countries, production potential and controls in the wine sector.
The Annex is also part of this publication (list technical and administrative requirements; list of eligible costs).
