Abstract
This Regulation defines the requirements for the retail trade of veterinary medicinal products in veterinary pharmacies, if present on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (sellers and retailers licensed by the General Director of the National Veterinary Service).
This text also sets the procedure and requirements for such registration.
This Regulation introduces the rules contained in the Directive 2004/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 amending Directive 2001/82/EC on the Community code relating to veterinary medicinal products
