Abstract
These Regulations prescribe measures for the prevention of disposal into the sea of garbage specified in the text.
The Regulations provide for: requirements for the disposal of garbage outside or within special areas; special requirements for disposal of garbage; restrictions on the entry into the Antarctic area of Brunei Darussalam ships; garbage reception facilities; garbage management plans that certain ships must carry; garbage record books; offences; etc.
