Abstract
These Regulations implement some of the provisions of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Order, 2005.
The Regulations provide for: duties of the master of any ship to report discharges of harmful substances into any part of the sea; contents of the report and reporting procedures; duties of terminal operators or persons in charge of the apparatus to report discharges of oil, oily mixtures and substances from terminals or apparatuses; etc.
