Decree No. 2.219 regulating the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR).

This Decree, consisting of 12 articles, regulates the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR) within the State of Santa Catarina. This Rural Environmental Registry aims at regulating the following aspects of the State: electronic public record in order to integrate environmental information of rural properties and belongings, creating a database for environmental and economic planning, controlling, monitoring and fighting deforestation;
