Law No. 16.342 amending Law No. 14.675 establishing the Environmental Code within the State of Santa Catarina.

This Law amends Law No. 14.675 establishing the Environmental Code within the State of Santa Catarina. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings related to matters concerning polluting or degrading activities, permanent preservation areas (APP), protected area or not covered by native vegetation, whose environmental function is to preserve water resources, the landscape, geological stability and biodiversity, facilitating natural flow of fauna and flora, soil protection and ensure the well-being of human populations, Restricted Use Areas, environmental Adjustment Program (PRA) as a instrument for the settlement of that estate with consolidated rural areas, etc.
