Abstract
This Decree, composed of 2 articles and one Annex, approves the implementing Regulation of Act No. 8.918 of 14 July 1994 on the classification, production and control of beverages. The Annexed Regulation, composed of 4 Sections divided in several Chapters, deal with: classification, registration and control of beverages, row materials’ control for beverages and production plants, identity and quality standards, classification of all types of beverages, regulation of beverage’s additive substances, inspection and control procedures, infringements and administrative penalties.
