Abstract
This Decree, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, provides the implementing Regulation of Law No. 10.711 on National System for Seeds and Moults (SNSM). The Annexed Regulation, structured in 14 Chapters, defines the following activities composing the SNSM: National Registry for Seeds and Moults; the National Registry for Cultivation; seeds and moults production; certification and commercialization; monitoring and inspection procedures; seeds and moults use. Particular attention is devoted for regulating the use of native or exotic forest species considered of interest for medical purposes.
