Abstract
This Decree approves the Regulation of Act No. 7.678 on the production and marketing of wine and its by-products. The Regulation (in the Annex) consisting of 20 Chapters, establishes all requirements to perform the above mentioned activity and that production, distribution and marketing of grape, wine and their by-products will follow the guidelines, established by Law 7.678 of 8 November 1988, the provisions of this Regulation and the additional administrative Acts that will be established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply.
