Abstract
This Decree establishes the composition of the Fauna Protection National Council, created by article 36 of Act No. 5.197 of 3 January 1967. It consists of 5 articles laying down the composition, duties and competencies of the aforementioned national administration, entitled for carrying out studies and controls on wildlife management sector.
