Abstract
This Law abrogates the Special Secretary of Environment (SEMA) under the Ministry of the Interior, the Fishery Development Department (SUDEPE) under the Ministry of Agriculture and creates the Brazilian Institute for the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA). It consists of 7 articles laying down composition, duties and competencies of aforementioned administration in environmental sector.
