Abstract
This Law amends Law No. 14.675 on the Environmental Code within the State of Santa Catarina. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings concerning art. 254-A on the exploitation of cultivated catinga, that are entered in the Register of Native Species mentioned in art. 8 of the Federal Decree No. 6660 of 21 November 2008, authorized by the State environmental agency.
