Norm SEAGRI No. 3 prohibiting the participation of any bird species in animal events throughout the State to prevent the introduction and spreading of highly pathogenic avian Influenza (Bird Flu).

This Norm, consisting of 5 articles, prohibits the participation of any bird species in animal events, such as fairs, exhibitions, auctions, among others, in specific periods of the year, throughout the State, in order to prevent the introduction and spreading of highly pathogenic avian Influenza (Bird Flu).
