Abstract
This Order regulates fishing activity into brazilian territorial sea to vessels exceeding 300 gross tonnage of capacity. It consists of 3 articles establishing the conditions to be satisfied in order to use these types of fishing vessels beyond the line of 100 marine miles from the coastline (in compliance with Decree No. 68.459 of the 1st of April 1971. It prescribes sanctions to be paid by offenders in compliance with Decree-Law No. 221 of 28 february 1967.
