Abstract
These Regulations amend the Fisheries Resources (Jurisdiction and Conservation) Regulations in provisions regarding sports fishing tournaments and participation of foreign vessels in such events. The provisions prescribe also restrictions on sports fishing and catching of marine mammals such as dolphins and turtles.
