Local Government (Amendment) Act, 2012 (No. 29 of 2012).

This Act amends the Local Government Act, 1996 so as to add a new section (38a) on the delegation of functions by the Registrar General. The Registrar General may in writing delegate to an Administrator, Senior Deputy Administrator, Deputy Administrator or Assistant Administrator powers issue documents and exercise of such other functions as the Registrar General may specify.
