Decree No. 89 of the Council of Ministers amending Decree No. 907 of the Council of Ministers implementing Forest Code (Law No. 332-Z).

Preparatory forest management works include determination of the boundaries of the forest management object, its intra-farm division (forestry areas, workshop areas, sections, forest quarters), including: receipt and processing of aerial photography materials and (or) space imagery of the forest management object; collection of data and study of water protection zone projects, sanitary protection zones, urban development projects, other territorial planning projects operating within the boundaries of the forest management object, establishing special requirements for forest protection and the regime for the use of land plots in the course of economic activities, as well as documents and materials containing information on protected areas and natural areas subject to special protection, for which a special regime for protection and use has been established; clarification of the boundaries of the forest management object (compliance with the materials of the land information system, the unified state register of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it); determination of the coordinates of the intersection of quarter clearings; preparation of planning and cartographic materials for a forest management object based on digital maps of the area, including the use of geographic information systems (geoportal of the land information system).
