Abstract
Article 15-2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Citizens and legal persons shall be granted the right of public participation through public hearing of drafts of ecologically significant decisions if otherwise is not envisaged by this Article”. Public associations operating in the field of environmental protection and other legal entities are required to comply with environmental protection requirements.
