State forest protection shall be performed by officials entrusted with the functions of the State forest protection service of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of Forestry and state organizations subordinated thereto, state forestry institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Defense, experimental forestry bases subordinated to the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, scientific-experimental forest districts subordinated to the Ministry of Education, state environmental institutions implementing management of reserves and national parks, forest management institutions subordinate to the Office of the President of the Republic of Belarus, state environmental institutions managing protected areas and national parks, state environmental research institution Polesie State radiation-ecological reserve , organizations subordinated local government, the sphere of competence of which includes forest parks management. Officials of the State Forest Service shall be issued certificate of a standard form as approved by the Ministry of Forestry. Forms of reports for the elimination of violations, on the restriction (suspension) of forest use rights and permits for restoration of rights of forest use shall be established by the Ministry of Forestry.
