Resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food No. 68 On the requirements for organizing and conducting testing of new breeds, types, lines and crosses of animals.

This Resolution establishes that testing of new breeds, types, lines and crosses of animals is carried out on the following information and documents submitted by the interested party: information on the development of new breeds, types, lines and crosses of animals; documents confirming compliance with the conditions specified in paragraph 4 of the Procedure for approbation of new breeds, types, lines and crosses of farm animals in the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by Decision No. 113 of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission. The decision shall be made by the Livestock and Veterinary Section of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food on the issues of scientific support for the agro-industrial complex at a regular meeting no later than 30 working days from the date of receipt of the specified documents. Testing is not carried out in the presence of incomplete and (or) unreliable information (data) in the documents submitted by the interested party.
