Resolution No. 658 of the Council of Ministers amending the resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

Ministerial Decree No. 126 regarding some issues of management of protected animal species shall be amended to add the following wording: A legal entity or individual entrepreneur who is the owner of wild animals, in order to obtain a certificate of registration of wild animals kept and (or) bred in captivity (including their offspring that have reached the age of three months), related to species included in the Red Book of endangered species of the Republic of Belarus, or being CITES specimens, and other wild animals, shall submit in writing (during the reception of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, by courier, by post) or electronically the application and accompanying documentation. Ministerial Decree No. 638 regarding some issues of wild fauna and wild flora management shall be amended to add the following wording: A legal entity or individual entrepreneur for the purpose of obtaining a permit shall submit to the Ministry of Natural Resources in writing (during a reception of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, by courier, by post) or in electronic form and application and accompanying documentation.
