Ministerial Decree No. 638 regarding some issues of wild fauna and wild flora management.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of transfer of habitats of protected wild animals and protected wild growing plants under protection of land tenants and (or) managers of waterbodies, the modalities of the issuance of permits for removal of protected wild animals and protected wild growing plants from their natural habitats. It also establishes the form of certificate for habitats of protected wild animals and protected wild growing species, and also protection commitment. Identification of habitats of protected wild animals and protected wild growing plants shall be carried out through: (a) scientific research; (b) monitoring of wild fauna and wild flora; and (c) state control and supervision over wild fauna and wild flora.
