Clean Air Regulation (RRQ, c Q-2, r 4.1).

The present Regulation is made under the Environment Quality Act (R.S.Q. c. Q. 2). In particular, the object of the Regulation is to establish particle and gas emission standards, emission opacity standards, air quality standards and monitoring measures to prevent, eliminate, or reduce the emission of contaminants into the atmosphere.
