Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Animal Health Act. Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that an owner of a recordable animal must apply for a premises identification account and at least one premises identification number in the form and manner approved by the Minister within 30 days of assuming ownership of a recordable animal. The text consists of 9 sections as follows: Definition (1); Premises identification (2); Commingling site (3); Application for premises identification account (4); Application for premises identification number (5); Information (6); Offence (7); Expiry (8); Coming into force (9).
Entry into force notes
For the purpose of ensuring its revisions, this Regulation expires on 31 January 2015.
