Abstract
The present Regulation enacts the Animal Health Act. In particular, the Regulation applies to all cattle born in Alberta on or after 1 January 2009. Section 3 establishes that a livestock owner must identify livestock following the birth of a head of livestock, keep records and report to the Minister. The text consists of 10 sections.
