Abstract
This Regulation concerns stock yards and requires a licence to operate them. The regulation specifies which is the procedure to apply for a licence (sects. 4 and 10), the reasons why an application can be refused or a licence suspended or cancelled (sect. 5) and the expiration of the licence. The Regulation also states that licences are not transferable (sect. 14).
Entry into force notes
For the purpose of ensuring its revision, this Regulation expires on 30 June 2008.
Notes
This Regulation repeals the Stock Yard Operators Licensing Regulations (AR 93/77) and the Stock Yard Licensing Regulations (AR 92/77).The present Regulation is consolidated up to 239/2007.
