Abstract
Article 1 rules that the Canton Basel-Stadt, Basel-Landschaft and Aargau shall establish a Joint Animal Experimentation Commission. This shall provide a consistent assessment of authorizations to be granted for application for animal experiments and the keeping of animals used for experiments. The text consists of 7 articles.
