Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Hunting Law of 4 June 1989. Article 2 establishes that the Hunting and Fishing Office ascertains stocks in individual colonies, outlines shooting plans, launches shooting controls and reports required information to the competent federal authorities. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Application for the exercise of ibex hunting (II); Obtaining of the hunting permit (III); Hunting of capra ibex (IV); Final provisions (V).
