Abstract
The present Law aims, inter alia, at: a) maintaining and preserving healthy wildlife populations and their habitats; b) protecting endangered species; and c) to limiting damage to game and crops.The text consists of 55 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Hunting system and types of hunting (II); Regulation of hunting (III); Planning of hunting (IV); Fees (V); Protection of wildlife (VI); Game damage (VII); Information, education and research (VIII); Enforcement and supervsion (IX); Penalties (X); Final and transitional provisions (XI).
