Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Inland Navigation Act of 3 October 1975. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the inland navigation in the Canton Uri unless federal legislation is applied. Article 2 establishes that on all waters ship shall be allowed to navigate. The text consists of 31 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (1); Competent authorities (2); Navigation (3); Shipping industries (4); Administration (5); Taxes and charges (6); Legal remedy and penalties (7); Final provisions (8).
Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1982.
