Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Hunting Law of 4 June 1989. Article 1 establishes that in order to meet the demands of game for food, cover, protection and free migration, the Canton promotes the: a) maintenance of biosphere reserves; b) granting of adequate feeding in emergecny situations; c) the vocational training and further education of hunters. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 4 chapters as follows: Purpose and sphere of application (1); Measures concerning wild fauna (2); Enforcement (3); Final provisions (4).
