Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to emission of fumes from industrial stationary sources in the Canton of Solothurn. Article 3 regulates limitations of discharge into the air from new stationary sources. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Emissions (II); Immissions (III); Final provisions (IV).
