Abstract
The present Decision by the Executive Council of the Canton Basel-Stadt is made under the Ordinance of 23 June 2004 on disposal of animal by-products and the Ordinance of 26 March 1980 on the control of animal pests. In particular, the Decision estabishes that for the acceptance of carcasses and animal butchery waste in the Carcasse Collection Facility of the Veterinary Office of the Canton Basel-Stadt fees shall be charged.
