Abstract
The present Decree enforces, inter alia, the Federal Ordinance on control of air pollution of 16 December 1985. Article 1 establishes that the Department of Territory shall ensures that the provisions contained in the present Decree shall be adopted on the whole territory. The text consists of 9 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (I); Types of measures (II); Repeal of certain measures (III); Supervision (IV); Penalties (V); Entry into force (VI).
